. when we were working on the national defense authorization act and she decided to introduce an amendment, we have to work in a way where it would not come up and say, let's repeal the entire policy. let's give commanders the flexibility to assign women to wherever they need to be, wherever they meet the needs of the battle grounds. that was replaced, substituted by an amendment of a report that came out in february. that is how the report came out. that started it going, a little more press, a little more engaging in this topic. we decided to present this caucus called the women in the military caucus. it was formed in order to develop a forum where we can discuss this issue. it was such a, do not touch this issue kind of deal. she just wanted this time and this form to get into the details of this policy and bring in experts to talk about this. we had a couple of briefings here and there. for all defense policies and congressional laws, it goes into the national defense authorization act. for the entire year, what i am doing is can he ready for that time. it is extremely diffi

for a stellar defense, they ranked third in the nfl in total defense this year. >> pass is broken up! >> reporter: how many teams have won the super bowl in the last 20 years sporting a top three defense? the answer is only five of the 20 teams with the average defensive rank for a super bowl champ coming in at 9.2. last year's regular season record indicate the 49ers are a better football team than the ravens but in the last two decades the team with the better record has won the big game only eight times. the team with the lesser record has won eight times as well, and four games featured teams with the same record. so record is basically awash, which is to say it doesn't mean anything. now while some of these figures might seem a little bit unpalatable if you're a niners fan, i do have a good piece of news, the most important metric just released today the annual janelle wang prediction and janelle is going with the 49ers. >> you said it wouldn't be a popular opinion and it's not. >>> wide receiver michael cr cracrab cracrab crabtree will not will not face sexual assault charge
